What is going on within your Emotional and Mental Health that is affecting your relationships. Skills and sessions aimed at helping you improve your relationships.
What is going on within your relationship with YOURSELF, a guided journey of healing from old wounds, discovering new found purpose and shedding those old faulty emotional survival kits that are preventing you from having profound peace.

We have created a Mental and Emotional Health and Wellness Retreat for those of you who are wanting more out of life and longing for deeper connection in relationships. You are wanting change and empowerment but are being held back by past experiences or relationships that keep on anchoring you to a negative thought patterns or a lack of skills in how to affect change in your life.
Join us for four days and three nights at beautiful Tranquil Park, Maleny, to learn more about yourself and others. We purposefully set up this event so that you can get away from your normal environment that can at times, keep you hostage to old ways of thinking and being. Come away to take time to reflect on what you are currently thinking, feeling and doing and learn skills to make the changes that you have always wanted but have never quite had the time to get around to in the hectic-ness of day to day living.
As a Psychologist and Motivational Speaker and Coach, your presenters Gretchen and Josh, have crafted this week to meet the needs of all personality types and learning styles. We will incorporate dynamic teaching segments with group discussions, times of personal reflection and fun chill out moments. There will be values based teaching and activity based learning for maximum engagement and consolidation of content. We will also have moments where we take the time to stop and enjoy the beautiful view over the stunning Glasshouse Mountains or float under a waterfall in the surrounding National Park. This is a retreat for you to begin 2021 mentally and emotionally healthy and whole.
